Cemgold is a high-density cement board designed for demanding internal and external construction applications where strength, durability and fire performance are required. Manufactured from Portland cement and high-purity silica sand with performance additives, Cemgold provides a stable, non-combustible substrate suitable for a wide range of modern building systems.

As a cement board, Cemgold is commonly used across steel frame and timber frame construction, façade and rainscreen build-ups, render carrier applications, soffits and eaves lining, drylining, partitions and flooring substrates. Its dimensional stability and resistance to moisture also make it suitable for use in wet areas when detailed correctly.

Cemgold achieves an A1 reaction to fire classification to BS EN 13501-1 and is fully tested to relevant European standards. It is intended to be installed as part of a designed system, fixed to appropriate framing or substrates, and finished in line with the requirements of the overall build-up.
